How to order wholesale items

Orders are placed by the Retailer through e-mail or retail login boof website At this point, there are no minimums for wholesale orders.



The following Terms and Conditions apply to all wholesale orders, and by signing up for a BOOF  wholesale account, you commit to having read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from BOOF company shall be governed by Dutch law, and Dutch law shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.



All items are subject to availability. Please be aware that out of stock item(s) may not be available for purchase. Exceptions can be made for large bulk orders. However, we reserve the rights to limit sales and refuse customer orders.

Any attempts to bend or break the rules of this Agreement may result in termination of your wholesale account.

We do not handle customer inquiries from third party customers.

Please note that colours on the website may vary from their actual appearance. We reserve the rights to refuse any disclaims based on colour inaccuracies.


Fair Profit / Suggested Retail Price (SRP)

We do not allow selling our products at a lower price than the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) – determined by the type of garment. For further info about pricing, please contact us.

Pricing should be consistent across all selling venues – In-Store as well as Online.

Sales Campaigns and Discounts may be held and/or given over a maximum period of 30 days.



You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days prior to the shipping date. A cancellation fee of € 10 will apply. Cancellations that do not follow the aforementioned guidelines also incur an added processing fee of 20% of the total order value. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.


The estimated lead time is 10-14 working days (within Europe only), provided that all items are in stock. If your order includes items that are not currently in stock, the order may take up to 4 weeks to deliver. A signature may be required upon retrieving your order.

The shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on your invoice and/or receipt. Should any of the ordered items be defective, please contact our customer service for assistance.

For orders being sent out via our Drop Shipping service, the estimated time of Delivery is between 3-14 days (UK & Europe), and/or 5-30 days (Rest of the World). Orders ship once payment has been received. All payments must include an additional €5 per customer within the UK & Europe (€10 Rest of the World), in order to cover Postage costs.
Please be advised that items delivered outside of the EEA (European Economic Area) may be subject to local sales taxes, import duties and/or customs charges. BOOF company is unable to accept responsibility for any extra charges and/or fees that may occur in addition to your purchase, and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information. Some orders may be subject to delays, due to customs clearance or weather.

BOOF company is not to be held responsible for goods lost in the mail handling as such matters are out of our hands. If you have not received the order within 30 business days*, please contact our customer service via e-mail at [], and we will do our very best to assist you in tracing the order to its current whereabouts.

*Business days include Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays).

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders, unless an item(s) is defective. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned is deemed to have been worn or tampered with.

We cannot accept responsibility for any losses occurred in the mail handling and/or in transit back to us. To avoid such losses, we therefore advise you to use Recorded Delivery when returning a faulty item(s), in order to obtain a proof or certificate of having posted the item(s).
